Information about right of cancellation
For licence numbers and program CD
You have the opportunity to try out all programs free of charge and without
obligation for thirty days.
We would ask you to appreciate that we cannot take back or exchange a licence
number on account of its characteristics and a program CD which was specially
compiled according to a customers request.
A subsequent cancellation of the order is therefore not possible.
Magnetic card reader device, magnetic cards and barcode scanners
You may cancel orders of magnetic card readers and magnetic cards within 14
days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or if the
goods are put at your disposal before the expiry of the deadline by sending
back the goods. The deadline shall commence after receipt of this information
in text form, however not before receipt of the goods at the recipients
premises (in the case of the recurring delivery of goods of the same type, not
before receipt of the first part delivery) and also not before compliance with
our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction
with Article 1, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the German Ordinance on the Requirements
for Information and Clear Documentation in Civil Law (EGBGB) and with our
obligations in accordance with Article 312e, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 of the
German Civil Code in conjunction with Article 246 §3 of the EGBGB. The
cancellation deadline is deemed to be met by the timely dispatch of the
cancellation or the goods.

Consequences of cancellation: In the event of an effective cancellation,
the performance received by either party must be returned and any benefits that
may have been obtained (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you should be
unable to return the received performance to us in whole or in part or should
you only be able to return such performance in a poorer condition, you may be
liable to pay us compensation for any lost value. In the case of goods
received, this shall not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively
due to their inspection, as would have been possible for you in a shop for
example. You need not pay any compensation for lost value for a deterioration
caused by the initial utilisation of the goods in accordance with their
purpose.
Goods which can be returned as a parcel must be sent back at our risk. You must
bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods are in accordance
with your order and if the price of the goods to be sent back does not exceed
the sum of 40 euros or if you, in the case of a higher price of the goods, have
not yet rendered the counter-performance or a contractually agreed part payment
at the time of the cancellation. If this should not be the case, you will incur
no costs by returning the goods. Goods which cannot be sent as a parcel will be
collected from you. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be met
within 30 days. The deadline shall commence for you when you send your
cancellation notice or the goods, and for us once we receive them.
